Interact regularly and learn from multiple experienced lecturers, including brewing professionals and experts in related scientific research disciplines.
Instructors: Dr. Emily Cope, Dr. David John, and Dr. Andy Koppisch, with professional brewing industry contribution from Adam Harrington (High Altitude Homebrew Supply), Caitlan Patcher (Mother Road Brewing), Gregory Morris (Mother Road Brewing), Jeff Eaton Jr. (Mother Road Brewing), and Michael Marquess (President and CEO, Mother Road Brewing).
