David is one of the leading figures of the modern folk movement and has toured with such acts as Bright Eyes, Against Me!, The Mountain Goats, David Bazan, and Spoon. According to the magazine No Depression, the standard-bearer of the alt-country movement, "Ever since going solo and releasing his 1999 album … The Pity Party, David has shown a remarkable ability to capture the heart of America in his songs, which he does with his rambling, poetic narratives, like a modern day Jack Kerouac, and in turn captures the heart of humankind."
This all-ages, solo acoustic show starts at 7:30 PM, and tickets are $15 for adult tickets and $12 for students, and seniors, so get yours before they sell out.
