Wellness Class Series

Flagstaff Medical Center brings their Wellness Class Series to Whole Foods on Thursday evenings between 6-8pm. Join us in the Community Room (near our Deli Seating area) for education on preventing chronic disease through nutrition, exercise, and stress management techniques. Medication management and advanced planning classes are also offered as part of this series. These classes are FREE and open to the community!
