Velocity Dance Company Audition and Prep Classes

 We are gearing up for another wonderful season of dance! This year’s audition is going to be slightly different than in the past…

First, Jan 10 and Jan 17 from 7:00- 9:00pm we will offer "audition classes"; these classes will consist of technique class, choreography and lecture (tips on auditioning). Audition classes are open to all ages.

Our VELOCITY Dance Company AUDITIONS will be Jan 24 and Jan 31. ALL DANCERS WHO ARE AUDITIONING WILL PARTICIPATE IN BOTH DAYS OF AUDITIONS; DANCERS MUST BE BETWEEN THE AGES OF 13-18 TO AUDITION. Auditions will include individual interviews, demonstration of taught choreography in small groups, progressions across the floor and individual showings of each dancer’s personal choreography. Auditions will begin at 7:00pm Jan 24 and Jan 31.
