Trash Pick-up Day

Please mark your calendars for Saturday, November 3 at 9 AM for a trash pickup along Hwy 180, where RPCVs of N AZ have adopted a section of the highway. For those who haven’t participated yet, the trash pickup will be along Mile Marker 232 going north on Highway 180. For directions, plug in the Nordic Center parking lot off the highway. At 9 AM, we’ll have a brief safety overview, distribute vests and gloves, and start cleaning our stretch of the road. Depending on the number of people, we usually spend just under two hours outside.
