Come join Spin Box every Sunday morning for a 45-minute leg workout with lots of music and some time to socialize with other active people.
This class is designed for all abilities, so feel free to lace up your shoes and come out to Heritage Square. Afterwards, feel free to go across the street and get brunch from one of the local shops downtown.
