Sewing for the Holidays Workshop

Brush up on your sewing skills and make your holidays a little greener!  We’ll sew drawstring bags for reusable gift wrapping (or lots of other uses around the house) from fabric scraps.  Along the way I’ll answer your questions, and help you make friends with your sewing machine.  If you’d rather sew by hand that’s fine too! 

Please bring fabric scraps and/or clean worn out clothes to cut up for material, and any ribbon or yarn you have for drawstrings, along with sewing supplies, and your machine if you have one.  I’ll have some supplies you can use as well.  Reusing and re-purposing materials is encouraged!
