Aileen Judson of The Body Divine, has been providing mind/body supportive care to both individuals and groups for over 25 years. Her greatest desire is to help people feel better so they can live happier and healthier lives. She is dedicated to healing herself and helping others to heal themselves – to be the most full and fabulous, empowered expression of SELF possible.

Aileen’s passion is to help you feel more connected to life, yourself, and others. She provides private & semi private classes in yoga & meditation, and health & wellness coaching, including this class to the Coconino Quilters Guild!

Also, bring your Kona “Crush” challenge projects to show and tell! Each year, Kona fabrics has a color of the year–and the 2023 color is “Crush.” We implemented a challenge to use this fabric in a project, and this meeting is where these will be shown!
