This morning, the Supreme Court issued a decision overturning Roe v Wade. Please join us in Flagstaff as we rally in concert with rallies across the country to show our outrage and the collective voice of the majority, who oppose this ruling.
Before Roe v. Wade, Arizona law called for mandatory prison time of 2-5 years for abortion providers. This law was applicable at any time during a pregnancy and was never repealed. Gov. Ducey recently signed a new statute outlawing abortion after 15 weeks. There is dispute as to whether the state could enforce the pre-Roe law that remains on the books, or the recently enacted 15 week ban. Both must be resisted.
