Open Doors: Art in Action - Special First Friday Event

Waterways of the Colorado Plateau, a multimedia exhibit by the Rumble Arts Collective, is currently showing at the Open Doors: Art in Action Gallery through November. The exhibit is meant to draw attention to our continents’ most endangered river, its tributaries, and environmental impacts on the indigenous nations that interact with its waters.
The First Friday program, November 4, will feature a curator talk and music by Ed Kabotie starting at 7 PM. There will be opportunity to visit with the artists and Hopi artisans whose artwork will be available for sale. The gallery is located in the Church of the Epiphany, 423 N. Beaver. Refreshments will be served beginning at 6 PM. Parking is available behind the church.
