Historic Sycamore Rim Trail Run

We will meet at the Flagstaff Athletic Club West side overflow parking lot at 7:30 and take the 30 minute drive west to the historic Dow Springs Overland Trailhead. From there we will run the 8 mile loop retracing sections of the historic Overland Trail used by the military from Flagstaff to access gold mines in Prescott beginning in 1863. Along the way we will explore historic railroad grades and old cabins.
