At this point it's tradition. Halloween Dance Party & Costume Contest at The McMillan in Downtown Flagstaff Arizona. DJ Bear Cole plays music to make you shake your bones, and at approximately Midnight a Costume Contest with GREAT PRIZES for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place Winners!
