Museum of Northern Arizona educator Mari Soliday presents a short education program for kids February 5th at 2:30 on how animals adapt to winter.
Animals have many ways of adapting to the winter, when food and water can be scarce and the weather cold and miserable. Some animals hibernate, grow thicker fur, or move to a different area. Learn how some creatures on the Colorado Plateau make it through the winter and what you can do to help them.
