The Martin-Springer Institute presents an exhibition designed to inform the public about the crises of disappearances connected to the cartels and political dissidents in Mexico.
The Mexican government reports that more than 94,000 people are missing. The United Nations says that could be an undercount. Arecely Salcedo, whose daughter is among the missing, will give a presentation about the disappeared in Spanish with simultaneous translation on March 4 at 5:30 PM at the opening reception for the exhibit.
