Celebrating movement arts education, DAY VISION presents two different yet interrelated workshops:

"Tapping into Sensation" (solo work) this workshop focuses on creating somatic awareness by opening energy pathways in the body

& "Trust Beyond Touch" (partner and group work in physical theatre) invites its participants to deepen their ability to trust and provides tools for nonverbal communication.
