Bill and Annette started ballroom dancing 12 years ago and have discovered the joy of dancing and wish to share it with you. Rumba is a ballroom dance of Afro-Cuban folk-dance origin that became internationally popular in the early 20th century, best known for the dancers’ subtle side to side hip movements.
