Culinary Class: Bread Making

Bread Class Description: Bread. Such a basic thing that we take for granted. We know that it is essentially water and flour, but how do we get it to rise? How do we make one loaf crusty, and another soft? Come join us as we dive into bread making. We will learn the complexities, tips, and tricks of making homemade dough together.

This cooking class will be held on Saturday morning at the Fort Tuthill County Park Mess Hall in Flagstaff, AZ. It will be taught by our incredible culinary instructor, Willa McAuliffe.

The cost for this program is $30* for Adults (18 and older) and $18* for Youth (8 – 17 years old).
