Contemporary Dance Workshop

A multi-level movement class, with local dancer and choreographer Jayne Lee, involving a variety of contemporary dance techniques, release work, Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement® and Improvisation. The classes will have a strong emphasis on gravity, using the breath as a movement source and the floor as a partner to aid the transference and shift of weight.  Developing momentum and an ease of connection through the limbs and torso, whilst maintaining a dynamic and articulate presence.
