The season concludes with a 50th Anniversary showing of what some call the greatest movie of all time, “The Godfather.”
Director Francis Ford Coppola’s epic tale of family, crime, and the perversion of the American dream won Best Picture of the Year, and star Marlon Brandon was Best Actor. Three of the supporting cast – James Caan, Al Pacino, and Robert Duvall – were nominated for Oscars. Talia Shire and Diane Keaton complete the family. The film series is free and open to the public.
