A one-man show, Images from my Native Self, features works by one of Hozhoni’s most prolific artists. Edward is a true Hozhoni artist who struggles every day to overcome significant, multiple disabilities to produce powerful self-portraits and paintings representing three cultures – Navajo, Hopi, and Anglo. He is best known his use of cardboard as canvas. The exhibit will be on display from June 15, 2013 through July 27, 2013.
The opening Artist’s Reception will take place on Thursday, June 20, 2013 from 5:00-7:00 pm. The event is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be served.
