Arizona's 150

2014 marks the 150th anniversary of the Arizona Historical Society! The First Territorial Legislature established the AHS on November 7, 1864 to collect and preserve “all facts relating to the history of this Territory.” In light of this 150 year achievement the Arizona Historical Society has put together an exhibit exploring the history of Arizona with 150 of the most interesting objects from the vast, statewide collections. Bill Peterson, AHS Northern Division Director, will highlight many of the exceptional stories that best represent Arizona.
