I write to you as I have been a stockholder in your (previous) company SenesTech. I was drawn by the story of not using toxic to rats but let them live a normal life - not being able to reproduce themselves. But after you left the company the stock price has been diluted significantly - I just don't understand how they can show a balance sheet with sale, administration, etc at 8.2 mil when they have a sale on only 280T and a R&D at 1.9 mil when you have all the necessary approvals from FDA?
I'm not 'just' a stockholder but had 1% of the public stake - they have now been diluted and it looks like they are more interested to get money into the company rather than selling any products.
I would appreciate if you can give me a reply,
Carsten Brandt
