October 25, Tuesday 7:00pm Nick Irvine from the Drinking Horn Meadery, Flagstaff’s first meadery. Their philosophy includes a focus on water conservation, local ingredients, and sustainability. Their brew “Oh Hey, Pinyon Jay!” was a special collaboration with Audubon Southwest to bring awareness to the plight of the Pinyon Jay and its habitat. Prickly pear and juniper berries was added for an appropriate example of the tastes of their land. Meeting at the Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, 1601 San Francisco St., Flagstaff.
