Freemotion is part of a growing momentum of conscious dance communities that offer movement, music and awareness as a healing arts experience. Conscious dance promotes an embodied lifestyle, compassionate self awareness, healing and empowered living. 

This is a dance and movement practice with minimal instruction and no experience required.  There are no steps to learn and its impossible to do it wrong.
