Pedals and Poses is an event to raise funds for the Boys and Girls Club of Flagstaff and Tembea High School in Kenya. This fun health and fitness-focused event will feature a 45-minute spin class hosted by CycleBar along with a 45-minute Yoga class hosted at YogaSix. After classes are complete everyone will gather for refreshments, snacks, and giveaways!
