Men's Yoga Series

This 6 week series is designed to specifically address issues and challenges that many men face. Want to be more limber, more mobile, have more balance, learn stress reducing breathing techniques? Are you somewhat intimidated by the flexible bodies in a “regular” yoga class? This may be the series for you.

Meet weekly with like-minded men who are looking to improve their bodies and minds.

• Learn basic yoga postures and principles that can help you lengthen your muscles.
• Build core awareness and strength.
• Great cross training for all sports.
• For men of ALL levels of fitness.
• Ask questions about yoga and how it relates to YOU.

You do NOT need to be able to touch your toes. You don’t need to do anything but show up and be open minded. You will be in good company and well supported!
