Fortunate Youth is a collaboration of South Bay reggae stand-outs. Rising from various bands, they've created a phenomenal 6-piece masterpiece bringing more fire to the stage than ever before. Combining rootsy vibes and unique bass lines united with multiple harmonies, boisterous guitar solos, and heavy keys separates Fortunate Youth from every other mainstream reggae band. Black Bottom Lighters: Three guitarists, two vocalists, a percussionist, and a turntablist form one of the most dynamic sounding groups in the Arizona desert. Built on an acoustic foundation, the BBL's sound is as difficult to describe as it is to dislike. From mellow unplugged personal performances to wild stage acts as well as a crowd thats typically on the cusp of out of control, you are sure to have a memory or two when you leave one of their shows.

Reggae music has fed generations of musicians, singers and songwriters. One such birth from this is a pacific island band known as The Steppas , the name serves as a reminder to step and move forward.
