About your instructor!
Matt Bingham completed his 200 and 300 Hour teacher training in the fall of 2014 through Vertical Soul Yoga and has been teaching yoga ever since. He’s inspired by many different styles and teaches classes ranging from Vinyasa to Yin. Matt’s love of yoga is equaled by his love of music: he has played guitar since he was a child, and has recorded eight albums. He has found a voice in songwriting, and for each of his yoga classes, he brings his guitar and incorporates these songs. He believes that people can have different experiences through yoga, and his teaching reflects this. Matt’s intention is to give each student space to find what they need from the practice.
Matt is also inspired by other teachers and continues to deepen his knowledge by taking workshops and other teachers’ yoga classes so that his own teaching can continue to evolve.
Cafe happy hour excludes all baked goods, sodas, and bottled beverages. Space is limited so get here early to reserve your spot.
