Weekly Mindfulness Meditation and instruction

Join us for Mindfulness Meditation on Thursday evenings at the Flagstaff Federated Church (on Aspen and Sitgreaves downtown).

Come when you can, leave when you want. Beginners welcome. Instruction and meditation guidance is always available.

6:30-7:00 pm: instruction or discussion
7:00-8:15 pm: silent sitting and walking meditation
