Cooperative Extension is educators who help people solve problems and put knowledge to use. Extension provides a link between the University of Arizona and Coconino County residents. We teach: in classes, seminars, and workshops; public presentations; with newspaper columns; on the telephone; on the Web and through research-based publications.

At Coconino County Cooperative Extension our educator focus on training expert volunteers who: improve the life skills of youth (4-H); beautify communities (Master Gardeners); preserve resources (Master Naturalists); reduce isolation of grandfamily caregivers (KKONA Discussion Facilitators); and increase community engagement (Community Vitality).
