The EastSide Show showcases multiple forms of local art, as well as providing space for vendors each month in one convenient location. This event was grown from the passion for the arts, music education, and the community of Bonnie Dumdei, co-owner and administrator of the Flagstaff School of Music.

Held on the third Saturday of each month at the Flagstaff School of Music and White Dove Coffee Shop, this family friendly event runs in an open-house fashion, starting at 1:00pm and ending at 8:00pm. This new kind of art walk is different from the First Friday Artwalk Downtown, because it is held in one convenient location, and is perfect for the entire family (no alcohol, etc.). The event is also held during the day, where-as First Friday Artwalk does not start until evening.

Our business neighbors, White Dove Coffee, graciously provide their stage for local musicians, teachers and students of all ages. Different local businesses or artists may also use the stage for presentations, and the event always ends with a local band.

The Flagstaff School of Music is a great partnering venue for local artists and vendors to set up their craft, and have the opportunity to grow and network their businesses. We provide them encouragement and marketing support by advertising their business, as well as providing tables, chairs, and a great venue!

The EastSide Show is a great opportunity for the community to come and enjoy local music, art, and support our local small businesses. It is also a great opportunity for local musicians and other artists to get stage time in front of an appreciative audience. However, it also benefits our school, as having performance ready students is a big part of our School’s philosophy. The event also gives our talented teachers an opportunity to show off their abilities!
