A New Perspective on Mars: The Red Planet in 3D

Presented by Lowell Observatory at Lowell Observatory

Curious about Mars? Come to Lowell Observatory and experience the Red Planet in 3D with a new interactive exhibit from the German Aerospace Center (DLR). See the surface features in sparkling detail, with images from the Mars Express research satellite. This is an updated, enhanced and expanded version of the exhibit that came to Lowell in 2008. It now also includes two short 3D films in our John Vickers McAllister Space Theatre. “A New Perspective on Mars: the Red Planet in 3D” runs from October 16th to January 13th at the Steele Visitor Center.
