We will create a design for relief printing. We will learn cutting techniques for linoleum and printing final prints on paper at the end. We will explore different shapes for ornaments and play with paper color and ink. All cutting and block prints will be made in class, each student will go home with an assembly kit to finish ornaments at home while the prints dry. The Assembly kit includes materials to create 5 ornaments such as paper, beads, tassels, and poms for extra adornments as well as glue sticks for assembly.
