You are invited to the FlowState Meditation at Heart and Soul Sanctuary, where we'll practice collective presence together as we explore the depths of our own inner experience. In this loving, sacred space, you have full permission to show up however you'd like and to be yourself. All are welcome and accepted. This is a wonderful opportunity for you to unwind, calm the mind, and completely relax.

During the guided meditation, we'll engage in a combination of mindfulness practices including open awareness, focused breathing, heart listening, visualization, and gratitude. The hour of our time together will look like:

2. Guided Meditation (30min)
3. Share & Discussion (20min)
