Connect to your public lands as poet laureate Jodie Hollander facilitates a creative poetry workshop at Walnut Canyon National Monument (and no experience required)!
In celebration of National Poetry Month, Walnut Canyon National Monument will host a poetry workshop Saturday April 15th from 10am - 12pm. Facilitated by poet Jodie Hollander, this free workshop (note: normal park entrance fee still applies) will allow participants to create an original poem inspired by their connection to public lands. Reservations are limited and are accepted on a first come, first served basis. Each workshop is limited to 20 participants. Email Ryan Carpenter at ryan_p_carpenter@nps.gov, or call (928) 526-3367 to reserve your spot today.
