WE LOVE HOSTING SPORTS PHYSICALS FOR YOU, FLAGSTAFF!!

Northern Arizona Orthopaedics will be providing Sports Physicals for athletes required to fulfill an annual pre-participation physical evaluation for the 2016 – 2017 school year. For only $10 (cash/check only) each full physical will be performed by a licensed healthcare orthopaedic provider. All proceeds will be matched by Northern Arizona Orthopaedics and donated back to local athletic programs to buy uniforms, equipment and help with travel to/from games.
