Flagstaff Shelter Services (FSS) is pleased to announce the Second Annual “Feast for Flagstaff: One Delicious Night, A Shelter for All Seasons” fundraising event.

This popular community event raised more than $40,000 last year, with all proceeds supporting the organization’s mission of providing year-round shelter for individuals experiencing homelessness.The Feast for Flagstaff will feature cuisine and local beer from some of Flagstaff’s best restaurants, caterers, and microbreweries including Satchmo’s, Cottage Place, Toasted Owl, Sosoba, Abineau Lodge, Pinetop Catering, Macy’s, Lumberyard / Beaver Street Brewery, Historic, Wanderlust, and more. Guests will be invited to participate in a raffle for prizes like an iPad, Colorado River whitewater rafting trip, Disneyland getaway, and a Diamondbacks getaway to Phoenix.  

New this year will be a stunning documentary photography exhibit from Flagstaff photographer Amy S. Martin. She has spent the past several months getting to know the FSS clients and creating an amazing collection of images that illustrate the diverse stories of homelessness in Flagstaff. Amy’s images will create a backdrop for the Feast for Flagstaff event, transforming an airpark warehouse space into a venue where Flagstaff residents can make a difference in this community.
