About Dina Barnese: Dina is a certified User Experience Designer and holds a certificate in Digital Marketing. As a UX Strategist, she applies human-centered design principles to websites and mobile apps, keeping the user experience top of mind. Dina has more than two decades of experience in the tech field. She has worked as a database and software developer, business analyst, UX designer, project manager, and digital marketer. She also has experience as a mediator: she served as a volunteer court-appointed mediator for eight years, during which time she continued training in advanced facilitation, negotiation, and mediation skills. Dina has called Flagstaff home for over 40 years. She is a musician, traveler, potter, and nature lover. She serves as the Executive Director of the Flagstaff Foundry, a nonprofit performing arts incubator, and sits on the board of the Townsite Community Land Trust.
