July 28th meeting is our Salad Potluck meeting, and we'll have it at Bushmaster Park, South Ramada (entrance from Steve's Blvd/Elder Dr is closest), social time at 6pm, meeting starts at 6:30pm. Last Names A-H bring green salad or fruit salad. I-P bring hearty salad, like potato/pasta/bean/tuna/chicken salad. Q-Z bring dessert salads or a fruit- or veggie-based dessert.
We will have the usual Show-and-Tell. But it's also the beginning of the UFO Challenge! Please bring up to 3 UFOs for Show & Tell (don't worry, we expect it to be entertaining!). You will pay $2 for each one that you commit to finishing by our October 2022 meeting. From 7/29-10/27, figure out what to do with those UFOs and finish them–a small wall-hanging, put into a Community quilt, a pillow/case, a purse/tote, or a big quilt! For every UFO you finish by 10/27, you will receive a raffle ticket. All raffle tickets will go into a hat, and the winner will be pulled on 10/27. The winner will get the pot of money!
