Whether you are a beginning to intermediate homebrewer, work in the brewing or restaurant industry, or just have an interest in beer, this course is for you.

Discover the fundamental science behind beer production, fermentation, and brewing microbiology
Characterize common flavor profiles in beer with your fellow learners through beverage sensory best practices
Engage in learning through a combination of interactive tastings, and online lectures, and group discussions
Interact regularly and learn from multiple experienced lecturers, including brewing professionals and experts in related scientific research disciplines
