Joe Crouse will discuss the effects of drought, increasing temperatures, wildfire, and forest treatments on American Three-toed Woodpecker habitat, including how current forest conditions, forest thinning or restoration treatments, warming temperatures, and drier conditions may actually be expanding their habitat, at least in the short term.
