Basic Pallet Woodworking Workshop

Basic Pallet Woodworking Workshop

Presented by Flagstaff Sustainability Office and Local Works at Local Works

Join Local Works and the Flagstaff Sustainability Program for our DIY Reskilling Workshop Series! In this workshop, Tamara Lawless will teach you basic woodworking skills while you make a holiday present or a new decoration for your home! You will learn how to safely use a circular saw and sand, stain and assemble a mounted wall shelf or coat rack out of pallet wood.

We will provide wood and other materials for the basic frame. Bring fun coat hooks if you’re interested in adding them to your shelf. Reusing and repurposing hooks is encouraged! Consider checking out the Habitat for Humanity of Northern Arizona ReStore for some great add on materials.
