The 38th Annual Route 66 Regional Chili Cookoff will be held on Saturday, August 6th, 2022! Cooks from around the country will converge to compete in both chili and salsa to determine who will represent at the World Championship Chili Cookoff in South Carolina. Public tastings will be from 11:00 am to 3:30 pm. There will be a strolling musician on the grounds.

The following day, Sunday, August 7th, will be the 50th Anniversary for the Arizona State Championship Chili Cook-off, with cooks competing in 3 different types of chili to see who will represent at the World Championships. Again, tasting kits will be available for purchase and a strolling musician will be onsite.
