Make A Difference Day

Make A Difference Day

Presented by United Way of Northern Arizona at Coconino County Health and Human Services

Join us for this year's Make a Difference Day, on Saturday, October 16th!

This year we are assisting residents affected by monsoon flooding resulting from the Museum Fire in 2019. This is heavy, dirty work removing flood debris from properties. You will need closed-toe shoes, sun protection, long pants, and gloves. Please bring a rake or shovel if you have one. We will meet at Coconino County Health and Human Services Building, 2625 N. King Street (road behind Cal Ranch) at the north end of the parking lot. Registration and Orientation will begin at 7:30 am, and the event will end around 2:30 pm or when the work is done. The Registration table will be open for the duration of the event. From King Street, you will be deployed to different sites throughout the affected areas. Water, snacks and lunch will be provided. Please pre-register online at www.uwna.volunteerhub.com. This will help work crew leads to determine how many sites they can manage on the day.

Questions? Please reach out to United Way at (928) 773-9813 and/or Marissa Molloy at (928) 213-2152.
