The Crucible
Arthur Miller’s 1953 play, a dramatized and partially fictionalized story of the Salem witch trials, was written as an allegory for McCarthyism and touches on themes that are pertinent in today’s America where the very existence of democracy is being challenged.
Pointers for How To Read a Script
Theatrikos 1st Sunday Drama Club on Sunday, March 7 at 6:30 pm will provide pointers on how to do a cold reading for a script like this. It’s easy and fun. If you want to attend the community readings, this drama club is not required, of course. But you’re quite welcome to attend.
