Resilience is the skill of being able to bounce back when knocked down by the challenges of life, often returning stronger than before. It involves adapting well in the face of stress or trauma and being able to move on more quickly. It often can involve profound personal growth.
This training series will explore how Mindfulness can help us develop various aspects of resilience, and we will learn specific meditation techniques for cultivating these skills.
These sessions are free and open to everyone. Feel free to come and go at any time - it isn't necessary to remain for the entire session. For meditation instruction, please arrive at 6:30; guided meditation at 7:00; and silent sitting from 7:25-8:15 (All times MST, GMT-7)
