Participants will be socially distanced in the great outdoors. Bring your own mat, water, and your mask. I will conduct a 45 minute body weight boot camp suitable for all levels of fitness. This will be a full body, well rounded routine, with elements of yoga/stretch, interval and strength training. As a personal trainer and movement specialist, I will have eyes on you throughout your workout to ensure appropriate body mechanics and suggest modifications if necessary. I'll be limiting spots to 10 participants so you get the BEST experience possible. If the 9 am slot fills up, I will open up a 10 am class. To ensure participation and to reserve your spot, I ask for a $10 drop in, or you can pay for all 8 weeks for $50 (your spot can be shared if you're unable to attend any days).
