Developing resilience skills through mindfulness meditation.
Resilience is the skill of being able to bounce back when knocked down by the adversities of life, often returning stronger than before. It involves adapting well in the face of stress or trauma and being able to move on quickly, and often can involve profound personal growth.
During this day-long retreat we will explore how Mindfulness can help us develop various aspects of resilience, and will learn specific meditation techniques for cultivating these skills.
This retreat is suitable for both new and experienced meditators. A Zoom link and schedule will be provided after you register. The retreat is free, though donations will be accepted.
