Join us for our weekly prenatal yoga class held virtually on zoom! Prenatal yoga has shown to improve sleep, reduce stress, increase strength, flexibility, and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth, and decrease the aches and pains of pregnancy. Join certified instructor Katy Martin as she guides the class through opening, strengthening, and breathing exercises in preparation for labor. This is also a great opportunity to gain community & support in your pregnancy journey!
