In Tibet there is a tradition of a sand mandala, a beautiful and intricate design created over days with colored sand, once completed the sand is washed away back into a body of water. A reminder that everything changes and nothing is permanent.
A Mandala is a representation of wholeness, a universe within universes. An image of balance, left to the viewer's interpretation of what they see. This Mandala is an offering, to honor the past and create clear pathways into the future. The voices that have been shared on this wall by other artists. The viewer being open to receive their story, this is important and of value. The exchange.
